CONSTRUCTION WITH TOO AND ENOUGH

Too berarti “melebihi batas yang dibutuhkan,  berlebihan atau terlalu”.

Pattern: Too + adjective/adverb Examples :            This hotel is too far and bad.            Those beds are too small.            The room is too dirty.

Pattern: Too + much/many + noun Examples :           There are too many people in this hotel.       This hotel has too many passengers.         The Fave hotel has too many rooms.        There’s too much smoke in here.        I eat too much meat today.

 

Enough adalah adverb of degree yang berarti “sampai batas yang dibutuhkan atau cukup”.

Pattern: Adjective/adverb + enough Examples:       The coffee is good enough.        That rooms are big enough.

Pattern: Enough + noun Examples:        The restaurant hasn’t got enough food.        The hotel hasn’t got enough passengers.        He doesn’t have enough money.          There is enough room.         There is enough fruit in the fridge.
